Management Duties:

  • Enhance sales by ensuring compliance with TH's customer service protocols and maintaining an organized presentation of models and sizes on the sales floor.
  • Assist in training and development, act as a GGV, and deliver TH customer service.
  • Communicate performance metrics and identify business needs.
  • Engage with the team during brief meetings to discuss individual sales targets and key performance indicators such as UPT, conversion rates, product sales, and other relevant information to aid in delivering outstanding service and achieving objectives.
  • Support training, monitoring, and executing restocking and replenishment processes.
  • Identify challenges, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.
  • Represent the TH brand by maintaining a polished and professional appearance.

Operational Duties:

  • Understand and comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Receive and manage shipments and transfers.
  • Adhere to the Loss Prevention Program.
  • Contribute to ensuring the boutique is equipped with necessary tools (i.e., supplies, resources, binders, etc.) and the knowledge to utilize them effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of security awareness within the boutique.
  • Open and close the boutique as required.
  • Be capable of lifting loads of at least 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Leadership Duties:

  • Collaborate with the boutique management team to identify new talent through networking and recruitment, and oversee the interview, hiring, and onboarding processes. Seek candidates whose skills reflect the TH brand image.
  • Assist in developing team members to be knowledgeable about products and sales through open, honest, and constructive communication.
  • Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a culture of recognition for both team and individual accomplishments.
  • Participate and assist the boutique manager in weekly management meetings and quarterly boutique gatherings.
  • Adjust schedules, adapt to job requirements, and be available for night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrate teamwork within the boutique and lead by example.
  • Handle challenging situations while maintaining performance standards.
  • Establish and nurture positive working relationships.
  • Actively engage in maximizing regional marketing opportunities.
  • Participate in personal development initiatives.
  • Embrace diversity and inclusion.

Merchandising and Visual Presentation Duties:

  • Assist in making informed business decisions based on current sales strategies.
  • Maintain an elevated boutique presentation through training and supervising standards as outlined by brand guidelines, paying close attention to detail.
  • Keep the management team updated on any issues related to merchandise or visual presentation.
  • Execute markdowns and replenishments as necessary.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of displays, fixtures, and overall boutique environment.
