Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tumbleweed Lounge. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Supply Chain Negotiation: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we get the best possible prices and quality.
  • Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
