Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Renovation Manager to join our team at Quality Guaranteed Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning and organizing renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Project Planning: Plan and organize renovation projects, including preparing work schedules and inspecting subcontractors' work.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote our services.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure effective project execution.
  • Customer Relations: Work with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure plans and specifications are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Green Job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
  • Work Environment: Permanent position, 35 hours per week, working in a fast-paced renovation environment.
