Job Title: Renovation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Renovation Manager to join our team at Quality Guaranteed Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Renovation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including developing and implementing marketing and advertising strategies to attract new clients.
  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Quality Control: Inspect subcontractors' work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
  • Customer Service: Work with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure that plans and specifications meet their needs.
  • Estimating and Bidding: Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
