Job Overview:

The Senior Software Automation Engineer will be responsible for executing current automation tests and contributing to the creation of innovative automation testing systems and methodologies, leveraging their expertise in software test automation development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement new automation testing systems and methodologies. Collaborate with software teams to code, implement, and enhance existing frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and effective automation. Assess test outcomes to determine pass/fail status, meticulously document findings in Test Reports, and record any bugs identified during testing. Analyze extensive data collected during automation tests using analytical tools such as Mathcad and Matlab. Demonstrate the ability to debug and verify network traffic utilizing tools like Wireshark or tcpdump. Execute manual test cases when automation is not applicable.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with proficiency in Java, Selenium, or other object-oriented design languages. Must be able to work fully onsite, Monday through Friday. Proven experience with test automation methodologies. Strong background in data structures and object-oriented programming. Experience in converting manual test cases into automated ones. Familiarity with testing strategies, including robustness and stress testing. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Software, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing frameworks from the ground up. Background in the medical device or healthcare sector.
