About the Role:
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the management of warehouse functions and internal logistics for bulk and packaged materials. This position involves coordinating resources for daily operations while ensuring the safe storage, handling, and distribution of chemical products.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement standard operating procedures for the safe handling of chemicals.
3. Lead and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
4. Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs for team members.
5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
6. Serve as the liaison between production teams and warehouse staff to coordinate daily activities.
7. Manage scheduling and resource allocation to ensure adequate coverage.
8. Oversee the maintenance of equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have a strong background in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics, preferably within the chemical sector. Key qualifications include:
- Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and best practices in chemical handling.
- Proven experience in team performance monitoring and KPI compliance.
- Strong planning and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems or relevant inventory management software.
