Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at 3 Peaks Rentals Ltd. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vacuuming and Cleaning: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Bed Making and Linen Management: Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable and clean sleeping area for our guests.
  • Supply Distribution: Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests and restock linen closets as needed.
  • Disinfection and Sanitation: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Clean changing rooms and showers, and move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Work independently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Weight Handling
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) as needed.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
