Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at 3 Peaks Rentals Ltd. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture; make beds and change sheets; distribute clean towels and toiletries; stock linen closet; disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items; clean changing rooms and showers; address customers' complaints or concerns; provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently; bending, crouching, kneeling; standing for extended periods; moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies; emptying trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills; time management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
