We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Services Financières Lisa Joy Abellera Inc. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Payroll Preparation: Prepare and process payroll, including calculating salaries, wages, and benefits.
- Office Organization: Maintain a organized and efficient office environment, including filing, sorting, and processing documents.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- MS Excel: Proficient in MS Excel and able to perform advanced calculations and data analysis.
