About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Services Financières Lisa Joy Abellera Inc. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll Preparation: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare various financial and accounting reports, including trial balance and statistical reports.
  • Office Administration: Organize and schedule office work, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English (work language).
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Preferred Skills
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, team player, attention to detail.
