About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Services Financières Lisa Joy Abellera Inc. as a permanent employee.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Payroll Preparation: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare various financial and accounting reports, including trial balance and statistical reports.
- Office Administration: Organize and schedule office work, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: English (work language).
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel.
- Personal Qualities: Organized, team player, attention to detail.
