About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Boston Pizza Athabasca. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
    • Package take-out food and prepare it for delivery.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas.
    • Keep records of food quantities used and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience
    • Will train the successful candidate.
  • Language
    • English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Schedule
    • 37.5 hours per week.
