Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out, ensuring that equipment and vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train staff in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations, and plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines. Attention to detail is essential.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, and initiative.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Work Language: English
