We are currently seeking a motivated Parts Warehouse Specialist & Delivery Support to join our team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming orders by unloading carriers/couriers and inspecting the condition of freight, noting any damages.
  • Complete orders in priority sequence, shelve all orders, and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Ensure pick lists are processed efficiently and utilize available tools and technologies to improve warehouse operations.
  • Pull and fill orders from stock for deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
  • Put stock away in designated locations, load and unload customer vehicles (may require forklift operation), and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Package cores and returns for shipment, conduct inventory cycle counting as per schedule, and learn and retain product codes and their placement within the warehouse.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, assisting them with inquiries and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Report any safety concerns, accidents, or incidents to your supervisor or manager immediately.
  • Deliver/Pick up parts orders as required when backfilling Delivery Drivers.
  • Cross-train in various areas of the warehouse and contribute to maintaining Elite Support Certification standards.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
  • Clean driver's abstract is required.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours to meet department demands.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in operating various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
