Job Title: Youth Services Worker

Chezranti Community Centre Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Services Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of young people in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop rehabilitation plans for young offenders, focusing on their adjustment and reintegration into society.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports, including case histories and progress updates.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions, addressing a range of issues from behavioral concerns to emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Develop and implement life skills workshops, focusing on areas such as education, employment, and social skills.
  • Supervise children's visits with parents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community partners, promoting the Centre's services and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of service intervention logic models and outcome measures, ensuring the effectiveness of our programs.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in youth services or social work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
