Job Summary

Sentinel D.E.C. Systems Inc. is seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Systems Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining fire alarm systems in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Equipment: Inspect fire alarm systems to determine repair requirements and test equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Install and Repair Systems: Install new fire alarm systems and repair or replace existing ones to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with fire alarm systems to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as electronics or electrical engineering.
  • Experience: 1-7 months of experience in a related field, preferably in fire alarm system installation and repair.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, electronics, and electrical principles. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
