We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Far-met Importers Ltd. Key Responsibilities- Logistics and Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, plan and organize operational logistics, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
- Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks to accomplish work, prepare and submit reports, and resolve work problems.
- Communication and Collaboration: Consult with production supervisors to schedule production runs, coordinate activities with other work units or departments, and prepare and maintain progress reports.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics, materials, and supply chain management.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business and commerce principles, including logistics and supply chain management.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
