Job Title: Personal Care Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team at Les Soeurs de l'Assomption SV. As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to residents with varying levels of mobility and dexterity.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in personal care or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
