Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Garuda Transport Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our heavy-duty equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, using computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required.
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions and order parts to maintain inventory.
  • Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, ensuring all work meets manufacturers' specifications.
  • Keep maintenance reports and documentation up to date.
  • Clean, lubricate, and perform other maintenance work as required.
  • Perform repair work on heavy trucks and service attachments and working tools.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in heavy-duty equipment maintenance.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • English language proficiency.
