About the Role

Gavin D. Management is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our digital communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to engage our audience and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content for our social media channels, including text, images, and videos.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our online community through social media, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement and adjust our strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and communications team to ensure consistency and alignment across all digital channels.
  • Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and tools as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style requirements. Proficiency in social media management tools, including Hootsuite or Sprout Social. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
