Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team at Giorgio Armani. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies
- Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the luxury retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- College or post-secondary degree in a related field, such as business or marketing
