Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Giorgio Armani. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and visual merchandising, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
- Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address any issues.
- Ensure that all sales associates are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Proven experience in a sales or retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- College or post-secondary degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
