The Mortgage Loan Evaluator position is an essential part of our Deal Centre team, tasked with overseeing several critical internal resources that assist mortgage brokers nationwide in successfully processing mortgage applications with a diverse range of lenders.

Key Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage lenders and their policies
  • Experience in alternative, private, and construction financing is advantageous
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks such as corporate searches, title pulls, and tax requests
  • Proficient in technology, computers, and various online platforms
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the capability to manage extensive data and distill it into manageable summaries
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Organized and efficient in handling administrative responsibilities
  • Mortgage licensing in British Columbia, Alberta, or Ontario is mandatory
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to research mortgage-related subjects and present findings succinctly
  • Effective communicator, capable of training mortgage brokers on systems and various topics
  • Support both novice and seasoned brokers in securing deals with lenders
  • Manage all underwriting and lender interactions for high-performing brokers
  • Skilled in engaging directly with mortgage clients, including making outbound calls to facilitate financing solutions
