Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at AANCHAL FASHION. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and ensure timely restocking of merchandise.
- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment, engage with customers, and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Operations: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, manage cash handling and sales transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Team Development: Train and develop sales team members, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
