- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the efficient operation of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage Inventory and Stock: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Handle Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is well-maintained, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring all visual merchandising displays are attractive and appealing.
- Manage Store Budget: Oversee the store's budget, ensuring expenses are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
