About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Real Estate Clerk to join our team at TAG HR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing real estate and financing files from start to finish, conducting and interpreting title searches, and preparing legal documents for real estate and financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage real estate and financing files, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Conduct thorough title searches and interpret results to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements
  • Coordinate team calendars, schedules, and workflow to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain excellent client communication and manage follow-ups with all parties involved
  • Organize client files, prepare invoices, and final reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform various administrative tasks and assist in other areas as needed to support the team
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate law and financing
  • Bilingualism in English and French (required)
  • College Diploma in Law Clerk or Legal Assistant program
  • Quick learner with strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Experience with Unity, Lawyer Done Deal, Teraview - knowledge of Clio and corporate law is an asset
