About First Student Shared Services
We are a leading provider of school transportation solutions in North America, serving over 1,100 school districts with a team of highly trained drivers and a strong safety record.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, ensuring the well-being of students and passengers.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain the highest level of vehicle safety and reliability.
- Provide support to students by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus, and ensuring their safety during transportation.
- Work collaboratively with other drivers and transportation staff to ensure seamless and efficient transportation services.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
- At least 21 years old.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to undergo and pass a Ministry prescribed medical examination and background checks.
Benefits
- $21/HR starting wage.
- No experience necessary - we provide training.
- Hours guaranteed - 4 hours daily.
- Additional hours available - charter route opportunities.
