School Bus Operator

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team in Bolton & Palgrave, Ontario. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, ensuring their well-being and safety throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a school bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students on board, providing assistance as needed.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain the bus's condition.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a smooth and successful transportation experience.
- Valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
- At least 21 years old.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to undergo and pass a Ministry prescribed medical examination and background checks.
- $20.50/HR starting wage.
- $2000 Sign-on Bonus for fully licensed drivers*.
- $1500 Sign-on Bonus for new drivers*.
- No experience necessary - we train.
- Hours guaranteed - 4 hours daily.
- Additional hours available - charter route opportunities.
- Child ride along program.
- Nights or weekend hours are optional.
