POSITION OVERVIEW

The ERP Implementation Lead will unite cross-functional teams across technology and business sectors. This role is pivotal in orchestrating, executing, and reporting on strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while adhering to established timelines, scopes, and budgets through both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management:

  • The ERP Implementation Lead will oversee the comprehensive management of assigned projects, ensuring all aspects are executed effectively.
  • Serve as a facilitator for Agile projects, promoting adherence to Agile principles, conducting regular team meetings, assisting the Product Owner with backlog management, and addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Manage resource distribution and efficiency within projects, collaborating with leadership to communicate priorities and devise effective strategies for achieving objectives.
  • Propel strategic initiatives forward, ensuring successful execution through stakeholder engagement and consensus-building.

Planning and Oversight:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budget oversight, and progress reporting.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure flawless project execution within defined parameters.
  • Actively manage project logs to identify and mitigate Risks, Actions, Issues, while documenting critical decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Communication:

  • Lead cross-functional meetings and workshops to uphold project deliverables and meet essential deadlines in accordance with the Waterfall methodology.
  • Provide detailed project status updates, including milestones, dependencies, risk management, cost-benefit analysis, and necessary executive support.

Governance:

  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and maintain thorough project documentation.
  • Offer insights to enhance processes, improving efficiency, controls, profitability, and overall client satisfaction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in comprehensive project management, with a focus on ERP implementations, demonstrating the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Proven skills in planning and prioritization.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is considered advantageous.
  • Familiarity with change management and agile project management is a plus.
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and/or PMP are highly regarded.
