About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Lease Administrator to join our team at Options Consulting Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of commercial leases and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of commercial leases, including lease agreements, abstracts, and tenant information.
  • Assist with the leasing process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of lease agreements.
  • Review, interpret, and upload lease abstracts to our property management system.
  • Set up and maintain tenant accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Support the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Participate in various projects and initiatives to support the achievement of team objectives.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or real estate.
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial leasing, with a focus on administrative and support roles.
  • Experience with abstracting leases and managing lease agreements.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
