Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Table and Chair Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used and ensure that supplies are stocked and replenished as needed.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a well-organized and efficient inventory system.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
