Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Software Application Development team. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and delivery of mission-critical applications and productivity tools, ensuring they meet the required standards and timelines.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, Oracle-PCMCS, Big Data, and Full Stack Programming products.
  • Good understanding of Enterprise Performance Management concepts, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Consolidation, and Cost Allocations.
  • Infrastructure knowledge, including Client/Server, SaaS, Mainframe, and DevOps.
  • Experience with SDLC concepts and leading large teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to executive-level audiences.
  • Professional experience with multiple projects, interfaces, and/or 3rd-party software packages.
  • 10-12 years of demonstrated leadership experience managing, motivating, and providing mentorship to resources on high-performing IT Development Teams.
  • Understanding and technical knowledge in cross-platform and cross-database spaces.
  • Experience with multi-tier system development for large enterprises.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills to operate as a leading member of global distributed technical teams.
