About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Canadian operations as the Head of Canada. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong understanding of the credit ratings industry and the ability to drive business growth and development in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business strategy for the Canadian market, aligned with the company's global objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including c-suite executives, regulators, and industry leaders.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through the execution of strategic initiatives and the development of new business opportunities.
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality credit ratings and research services to clients.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment in the delivery of credit ratings and research services.
Requirements
  • Executive-level experience in the credit ratings industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk analysis and fixed income analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with global teams.
