Essential Qualifications
  1. Q1: A university degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, although a combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
  2. Q2: At least 15 years of proven experience in Information Management/Information Technology, with a focus on Project Management.
  3. Q3: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Q4: Availability to commence work as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. P1: Proven track record in managing large-scale, intricate projects that span multiple business units and organizations, involving numerous direct project participants and addressing both business transformation and technical challenges (10 years+).
  2. P2: Strong experience in communication planning, coordination, and execution, including presentations to both internal and external stakeholders (10 years+).
  3. P3: Experience in applying various project management frameworks, with examples of methodologies utilized in previous roles (7 years+).
  4. P4: Details of any recognized Project Management certifications held.
  5. P5: Experience as a Project Manager within the Canadian provincial health application sector (1 year+).
  6. P6: Familiarity with privacy and security concepts related to Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) in a provincial context.
