Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to HCC Nurse Assessors, Senior HCA, and Client Care Coordinator.
  • Develop and implement Client Care Plans that meet the unique needs of our Nation Members and clients.
  • Ensure the provision of quality home care services, adhering to British Columbia's regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
  • Promote a culturally safe and supportive environment, upholding the values and customs of our Nation.
