About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is at the heart of Citco's operations. Our alternative asset and accounting services are among the most esteemed in the industry. We continuously invest in technology and training to ensure our team is equipped to provide a seamless experience for our clients.
About You:
- You possess a strong background in accounting or finance, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, along with over 5 years of relevant experience in hedge fund accounting or investment company fund accounting involving derivative instruments and external investors.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, CGA, CPA, or CFA are preferred but not mandatory.
- You have a solid understanding of investment strategies and financial products, including derivatives.
- Your experience includes overseeing deliverables and managing team performance.
- You have led a team of 5 or more individuals in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- You are adept at collaborating with various teams within an operational framework.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- You demonstrate strong financial reporting, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in Office applications, particularly Excel, is required.
- You thrive in a challenging and professional work environment.

Your Role:
- You will manage and prepare financial reports and profit allocation statements, ensuring the calculation of net asset value aligns with client deadlines.
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding the preparation of monthly reporting packages.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Support staff with their monthly tasks as necessary.
- Serve as a liaison with external parties.
- Guarantee compliance with all internal and external standards and best practices.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and launching new funds to ensure successful outcomes.
- Review administrative and accounting procedures, recommending improvements for a more efficient NAV production process.
- Facilitate adherence to internal reporting requirements.
- Engage in strategic departmental and corporate initiatives.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.
