  • Participer et diriger le développement et la mise en œuvre de projets, politiques et/ou procédures visant à améliorer la gestion des fournisseurs.
  • Posséder l'investigation et l'analyse des causes des demandes des partenaires commerciaux internes et externes.
  • Explorer de nouvelles façons d'aborder les processus commerciaux pour inspirer le changement et atténuer/éliminer les demandes potentielles.
  • Collaborer avec les Finances, les Opérations et les partenaires commerciaux pour comprendre les processus commerciaux en relation avec les processus financiers et le reporting.
  • Prendre de grandes quantités d'informations provenant de multiples sources/systèmes et produire des explications simples et faciles à comprendre ainsi que des plans d'action.
  • Diriger et faciliter des réunions et établir des relations avec les Fournisseurs et divers partenaires commerciaux internes.
  • Examiner des métriques proactives pour détecter et résoudre des problèmes avec le pipeline P2P, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les GRIR ouverts et vieillissants, les problèmes de transmission EDI, les problèmes de réception des magasins et des DC, les lignes P&L et les problèmes de données.
  • Soutenir les Fournisseurs et les équipes d'Achats avec l'analyse des Coûts et des Revenus des Fournisseurs.
Compétences et Expérience
  • Baccalauréat ou formation postsecondaire en affaires, comptabilité ou finance ou 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans l'industrie alimentaire de détail ou dans les domaines mentionnés ci-dessus.
  • Compétences solides en communication écrite et verbale ; capacité à communiquer et à présenter des informations de manière claire et concise.
  • Compétences avancées en MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Une expérience antérieure avec SAP, VBA et SQL est considérée comme un atout.
  • Compréhension prouvée des processus comptables et financiers et expérience de la connexion entre les fonctions Financières et Commerciales.
  • Antécédents cohérents en planification, organisation et priorisation de nombreuses tâches avec des priorités conflictuelles et livraison constante de résultats à temps et précis.
  • Excellentes compétences en construction de relations et en influence pour obtenir des résultats.
  • Être bilingue en français est considéré comme un atout.
