The ideal candidate will have a proven background in healthcare insurance, a passion for helping businesses navigate their extended healthcare benefit options, and the ability to build lasting relationships with Insurance carriers, brokers, and employers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance to businesses on healthcare insurance products, including coverage options, benefits, and exclusions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify new business opportunities within the B2B sector and drive revenue growth.

- Proven business development experience of benefits and health and disability insurance solutions.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance products, regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with corporate clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
