Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Harmony Health Hospitality Ltd. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to prevent dust accumulation
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable sleeping environment
  • Stock linen closets to ensure a sufficient supply of linens
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria
  • Provide basic information on facilities to guests and staff
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
