We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist II to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our team, you will provide physiotherapy services to patients in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community environments.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to promote functional independence and optimal health outcomes.
- Provide physiotherapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, as well as program planning and consultation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and promote patient-centered outcomes.
- Contribute to quality assurance initiatives, research, and education within the department and organization.
- Supervise rehabilitation assistants and provide work direction as needed.
- Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
- One year of recent related experience.
- Valid BC Driver's license where required.
