Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Sushi Ryu. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Process payments and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Server or in a related role is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
