Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Heritage Indian Cuisine Nanaimo. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
