ROLE OVERVIEW

As a key member of our creative team, you will report directly to the Executive Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with your team to conceptualize and present innovative ideas for integrated advertising campaigns.

Your role will involve shaping and nurturing the creative and strategic voice of the brands you engage with, while staying informed about industry trends, creative advancements, and media platforms to enhance our offerings.

YOUR PROFILE

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • As a Senior Art Director, lead the visual development and execution of integrated campaigns across diverse platforms, collaborating closely with creative directors, copywriters, designers, and clients to produce impactful visuals that convey brand messages.
  • As a Senior Copywriter, develop compelling copy for integrated campaigns across various media, working with art directors and clients to create engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Generate and refine innovative concepts, visual ideas, and scripts for integrated campaigns.
  • Ensure a cohesive narrative by collaborating effectively with your partner.
  • Work with project and account managers to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Create high-quality visual designs for print, digital, social media, outdoor, and video assets.
  • Compose clear, persuasive, and original copy for a variety of media.
  • Present concepts and designs to clients, articulating the creative vision and rationale behind them.
  • Incorporate client feedback while maintaining the integrity of the original concept.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to the highest standards.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Provide constructive feedback to junior creatives to support their professional development.
  • Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of relevant agency experience focused on integrated campaigns.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing experience across multiple mediums.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior creatives.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud, with expert knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with the latest AI technologies and their application in creative processes.
