Job Title: Night Auditor

At Argus Properties, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Office Team at Eldorado Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts, balancing charges and revenues, and providing exceptional guest services during overnight operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify guest accounts and balance charges and revenues
  • Assist with guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, and resolving guest issues
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Review and reconcile front desk cash drops
  • Prepare the hotel for the next day's operations
  • Anticipate and resolve sold-out situations
  • Assist with training, motivating, and coaching employees
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Requirements:
  • 1+ years' experience in a guest service or accounting role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • First Aid certification an asset
  • Previous hotel and accounting experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
