Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Operational Logistics: Coordinate and manage the flow of goods, materials, and equipment to meet customer demands.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer equipment, machinery, and other warehouse systems.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and handling heavy loads
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
  • Work Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
