Growth & Business Development Lead

Job Summary:

Auxo | Growth Partner is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth & Business Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and scaling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute user acquisition initiatives across various channels and strategies to scale the business.
  • Build and oversee customer success, ensuring user retention and satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with thought leaders and industry organizations.
  • Experiment with and execute growth initiatives across content, events, community, and outbound.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and implement strategies that align with company goals.
  • Participate in market analysis and user research to inform product and growth decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, business development, or marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience in pre-seed or seed-stage startup environments (less than 15 employees).
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving value creation and impact.
  • Bias towards action; you get things done and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in customer success, partnerships, and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tech is a plus, as well as a passion for AI and emerging technologies.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and loves taking initiative.
