About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join our team at Voices, a leading creative services marketplace. As a key member of our web development group, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust technical solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop end-to-end web applications using PHP and JavaScript frameworks
  • Lead team sprints and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and UX Researchers
  • Develop and maintain internal APIs and 3rd-party integrations
  • Ensure accessibility and site security standards are met
  • Contribute to the development of our internal component library and design system
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in database-driven web site development
  • Production-level experience with WordPress development
  • Strong understanding of PHP and JavaScript frameworks
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
