Job Title: Director Digital Health Provincial Programs

Health Careers in Sask is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director Digital Health Provincial Programs. This is a key leadership position that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Job Summary:

The Director Digital Health Provincial Programs will be responsible for contributing to the development and achievement of strategy by articulating gaps and needs. This will involve the development and execution of operational and business plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction of same. The Director will also demonstrate strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational and business plans to achieve strategic objectives
  • Contribute to the development and achievement of strategy by articulating gaps and needs
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with system and community partners
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Seven (7) years leadership experience
  • Experience in strategic planning
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
