- Budgeting: Prepare financial estimates and manage the cleaning budget.
- Service Recommendations: Identify and arrange for additional services as needed, including repairs and renovations.
- Payment Processing: Handle transactions for specialized cleaning services.
- Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
This position will involve supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Safety and SecurityA criminal record check is required for this position to ensure a safe working environment.
Work EnvironmentThe role involves a variety of physical tasks, including:
- Repetitive tasks
- A combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Bending, crouching, and kneeling
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. This is a permanent position requiring 32 hours of work per week, with English as the primary language of communication.
