Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at Suds Up Carwash on Waves. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning activities of our staff and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train: Recruit and train new cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect and Monitor: Regularly inspect our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our cleaning standards are met.
- Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services, ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money.
- Recommend Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repairs, and recommend these to management.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: Willingness to train and develop skills on the job.
- Supervision: 1-2 people.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
