Merchandising Team Lead Opportunity

SAS Retail Services Canada is seeking a skilled Merchandising Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing retail merchandising plans in grocery stores across Winnipeg, MB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute retail merchandising plans, including resets and relines, to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store management and assigned merchandisers to ensure seamless execution of plans.
  • Timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to local locations.
  • Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50+ pounds.
  • Comfortable working with smart phone technology.
  • Prior grocery or big box store retail merchandising experience preferred.
